Dr. Hrachya Nersesyan, MD

I drove over and hour with high expectations to see Dr. Nersesyan today. He has zero bedside manner and belittled me the entire time. He was rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. He said, "You've already tried all of the migraine medication in the world and they supposedly don't work. What do you want me to do?" I will be filing a formal complaint.

I just had a appointment with this man and I can not express enough how bad his bedside manner is. The first minute he walked in he told me he could not help me and I needed to see a Non Osf doctor. The Staff was kind but this doctor needs training in communication skills and how medicine works . Avoid him like the pandemic, there are countless other doctors who have the skill and training but not this man

Dr. Nersesyan is just an excellent physician. He listens well, is very thorough and explains the medications/therapies well. Both my husband and I were very pleased with my visit.

I was very pleased with this Dr. I had questions that were important to me. He patiently listened to me and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Kathy Franklin

My 80 year old parents drove over an hour to their appointment and they were 2 minutes late due to a change in location of the office. when they arrived, Dr. Nersesyan would not see them! Unbelievable and unacceptable and will not return.

Dr. Nersesyan and his nurse practitioner (Sally Coyle) are the worst neurologist I have ever been to. They are extremely rude, unsympathetic, horrible bedside manner, and make you feel like your making everything up and wasting their time. After the Dr told me getting 2-3 Aura migraines is maintaining life and he can't offer any assistance. He then told me if I get a migraine do not take any meds, only if it's extremely bad (9-10,) on pain scale. I told him that's no possible I have to work, take care of family etc... and that migraines are excruciatingly painful. I then asked him if he got Aura migraines or migraines and he answered no. I then understood why he had no sympathy, because he has no idea what us migraine suffers go through. The last visit I had with Sally Coyle, she made me cry in the room because she was so extremely rude, she kept talking down to me and treated me like I was an idiot and a liar. Please save your time, money and emotional well being and go some place… else! They do not offer any other insight that you can't get from a local medical Dr or neurologist. This place is definitely not a headache center. I've been going now for 3 years (3 visits, because it takes 4-5 months to see these Dr's) and NOTHING has changed with my headaches. It's really unfortunate because the front desk nurses and nurses that take vitals are always very nice and caring. Then you get the jerk Dr's. Aweful experience

THE WORSE DR I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY CONCERNS AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS WAITING HIS TIME. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I WAS EXCITED TO SEE HIM BECAUSE HE SUPPOSILY WAS THIS GREAT DR, BUT I REGRET GOING NOW AND I HAD TO WAIT 6 MONTHS TO GET INTO HIS OFFICE.

I had to visit the ER due to acute vertigo, and Dr. Nersesyan came down from the Neurology Department, at the beginning of a holiday weekend, to examine me. He was extremely thorough, and went beyond the call of duty to see that I got a correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I received very good follow-up care. I was impressed with Dr. Nersesyan's dedication to patient care, and impressed with the Neurology Dept., as well.

I would not recommend this "physician" for headache relief. Within the first 30 seconds of our initial visit, it was very clear he was going to offer no assistance. As time went on, he told us there is nothing i can do for you. I cannot emphasize enough to look elsewhere.

When I saw Dr. Nersesyan for my initial visit he wasn't there to be my friend. He clearly had a job to do. I've never had a doctor spend so much time with me, which made me understand why we had to wait, so I had no problem with the wait. The treatment he gave me for migraines were the best control I've had in 30 years of pain! My follow-up visit was even better. He was very friendly and pleased with my progress. I have recommended him to everyone with migraines. He is great!
