Horrible experience. Two kidney stone surgeries and two stents that he said my body rejected. I’ve never been in that much pain before and I’ve had stents placed in previous surgeries in another state! Gave me jug to catch my urine for analysis and then after completing the catch he told me I received the wrong jug and needed to redo it. Nicked a wall during the first surgery and insisted on removing stent after second surgery...in his office. It took him 7 tries and about an hour to find the stent and I was screaming out in massive pain. I just wanted to be knocked out but he said it would take longer to schedule surgery to remove the stent. He said he couldn’t find it? He placed it in there! Gave me two Tylenol. Really? I was in the ER several times and hospitalized after each surgery due to complications and infections. I now have bladder pain after the second surgery which was almost one month ago. Now believes I have chronic bladder inflammation. I have never had this problem… before the last surgery. No testing, nothing but xrays and ct scans when I insisted. No stone analysis, Told me to take Azo for pain and then told me he can’t do a urine analysis while being on that medication. Misdiagnosed me both times and said I had a UTI and prescribed antibiotics. Both times I ended up in the ER with emergency surgery the next day. No one calls to follow up, no one returns calls. Then I was told I called too much and that he had a reputation to uphold and cannot have patients like this and will not see me anymore. I’m in the middle of treatment with no urologist now! He told me I messed up his whole afternoon by calling twice to find out my CT results before the weekend. He never answered those calls. The number listed for his office is actually his home phone and he will scold you for calling. Kept asking if I was taking my anxiety medication? Unbelievable.

He cares deeply for his patients I have had two incidence needing treatment he cured me both time with tremendous success

My visits with Dr K are easy to schedule, timely. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellant Doctor.

Wonderful visit. So compassionate and caring. Better bedside manner than most doctors these days. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a urologist. I feel so good to be under his care.

dr. k has been working with my husband for years. he has gotten him through prostate cancer and has bee a true Godsend to my husband and my family. this is one fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, thorough man. we love him. in years past he has also been there for each of my daughters through urinary tract issues. again he has done wonders for them. this dr. k. is irreplaceable as far as we are all concerned. he has a wonderful staff and all are very prompt and smart and caring. very professional. very perfect in our eyes.

Worst doctor I've ever dealt with. Rude, condescending and upon follow up with another specialist I found out he had a wrong diagnosis. Literally, the only doctor I will tell everyone to avoid. He is a conceited jerk who doesn't know what he likes to pretend he does.

Great doc, he might the smartest guy i know.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Kurkjian and is receiving care for re-curring kidney stones. Dr. Kurkjian is a very caring man and has a wonderful bedside manner. Twice we have had to call his answering service during off time hours and he has immediately responded to our calls. My daughter loves him and we would not think of going to any other urologist:)

I called Dr. Kurkjian's office to ask about a vasectomy and was able to get an appointment the next day. The Manager I talked to was thorough and explained everything up front. Dr. Kurkjian was very nice, very professional, and my wife and I highly recommend him.
