Dr. Hsiao Ping Bechinski, DO

Dr B is amazing! She listens and remembers very important things about you. I have told myself over and over again that i was going to find another Doctor but not because of her….its the staff, the staff was amazing pre Covid. I don’t know what happened but it’s been bad ever since. However Dr B is a keeper so i am staying (15 year patient or more). Please get better staffing that’s it!

Dr. Bechinski is good, however her staff is terrible. I waited an hour to get a prescription and they just left. No call. I will find another provider.

As stated above Dr. Bechinski is excellent. She is kind, thorough and knowledgeable; she listens attentively. However, her staff are awful. I was in her office recently, Kiera appeared to be sleeping at her work station. There was no one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the hook. Kiera did not raise her head at the sound of the phone ringing, so, I guess she was really asleep. There was no one at front desk to accept payment or schedule my follow-up appointment. Cypress is just a bad. I called requesting a referral, she said I'll call you right back. Weeks later, no one called me back. A few months back Dr. Bechinski indicated she would put in a referral for me. After several phone calls to the office to check on its status, Cypress said she forgot.

My spouse recently had a serious medical condition requiring long-term care. When he was in ICU, I was looking for a doctor near our home, and found Dr. Bechinski. Not only did she check up on my husband at the hospital multiple times, but she took time to really listen. As a result, I now see her myself. She always takes time to talk with you, and she treats you as if you are her only patient. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable, even regarding rare medical conditions. Great doctor!

Any previous reviews about an unprofessional incompetent or rude staff should be ignored. Dr B’s current staff is incredibly courteous, intelligent and professional. Wow! What a difference they have made!

Dr. Bechinski is very interested in her patients, however the staff is unprofessional, and at times argumentative. I like Dr. Benchinski but because of the staff I will look elsewhere.

I would recommend Dr. Bechinski to everyone, she is easy to talk to and listens

i have been going to dr. benchinski since she opened her practice and i can never remember a time that i have not been able to reach her for a medical issue, with exception if she was going to be out of town, she covered that time with a doctor that knew my condition. and her staff is the best, thats all i have to say about that! i hope the people that have the nerve to backlash them on here also had the same to tell them to thier face. that's called ...common courtesty....

Front desk staff very inconsiderate when it came to prescription refill request, appointment making. Trat result call wasnt returned, wont be returning

Not sure if it was staff or doctor failure but things like renewing prescriptions and referral authorizations took far too long to get done. Staff person said she would do something and it did not get done. Dr. Bechinski was personable. I'm not sure whether the slackness in follow through was hers or the staffs.
