Dr. Huachang Su

I had very bad experience to this doctor, Su Hua Chang. I used my insurance card to pay visit to this doctor August 21. Totally I visited him only 4 times. He claimed my insurance for 7 visits that I have never been there starting on August 5. To avoid any confusion, I went the clinic to pay the 4 visits in cash. Requested him to return the fund to my insurance. He always told me that he did not receive any documents from my insurance company. The insurance agent called him. He said that he retuned some fund to the insurance company. The agent asked him the check number as there is no record showing the refund from the doctor. He told my agent that he was outside that he could not provide the check number. The agent tried to call him after couple days for several times. He did not answer the phone. This doctor is not reliable and WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
