The receptionist didn't pay attention, was rude and condescending. So I cancelled my appointment then and there. Won't go to that place ever again

wait almost 3 weeks to see Dr. Wei and when I get there the nurse took my information and then another Dc. came in and look at my face give me a prescription and doesn't took more than 2 minutes. And when a Asked to see Dr. Wei they told me why you can to see him he is gonna tell you the same as the other Dc told you.! So disappointed !!! Bad Service. And they prescribed me the same old medicine that I been taking for a year!

I agree with others that the wait at Dr. Wei's offices are crazy! But since he is only at each location for 1 day a week and everyone wants to see him and not his assistants, you can expect there to be a long line. He is always taking new patients and he does his best to move things along. If you don't have any big problems, he will move on from you quickly and on to someone else who may have more serious problems. If you expect to see a doctor with years of experience and think that no one else is looking for the same thing, you are being unrealistic. If you don't have any big problems please go see his assistance, if they feel you need to see Dr. Wei they will tell you to schedule for him like they did with me! My experience with Dr. Wei and his staffs have been very well. I feel for the amount of people that goes there and the amount of work load everyone at the office is facing, I was surprised that they were still able to be sane. During one visit I saw a man yell at the front… desk girl because he was waiting for a long time. The girl told him he didn't make an appointment and can reschedule him, but people who made appointments comes first. The man was out right nasty and inconsiderate to others. Good thing I was next or else I would of argue with the man. Dr. Wei was very professional and explained to me what my disorder is and what steps i need to take next to treat it. I felt his sympathy for me as he give me a moment to sob and process everything he told me. I pretty sure he spent more than 5min with me and I didn't felt rushed or anything from him. I will keep coming to Dr.Wei because he is truly a wonderful doctor.

The worst dermatologist ever I've came across. !!! I went in for a neck tightening & he messed up my entire face & neck by making it very saggy. Absolutely doesn't listen to what you want. I explained to the doctor that I wanted a little tightening around my neck. He not only doesn't listen but when he started doing the procedures I noticed him touching my face and rubbing with the hot machine. I immediately told him what is it that he is doing he stated that he is trying to make everything even. He stated that it will take a month before I noticed a change. Surely as the time when by I noticed my face looks 20 years older now. Now I have more sagging skin not only on my neck but on my face as well. I am very depressed and unhappy when I look at my face. I highly recommend please do not go to this doctor ever!!! All he wants to do is rob you for your money. When I call the office to speak with him he refuses to take my calls . THE WORST DR.EVER!!

I went his office 2 times for same reason, second time his is not even show up and his assistant write a another prescription for me, awful!

Dr. Wei is one of your typical Chinatown doctors: You wait tremedous amounts of time to spend less than 5 minutes with the doctor; the front desk staff lacks customer service skill (practically throwing a bag of medication at one woman; NO eye contact with patients).They also claim they accept your insurance over the phone and when you get there, they dont! What kind of crap is that?
