Dr. Hubert Ballard is a board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency at University of Kentucky Medical Center. With three decades of medical practice, Dr. Ballard brings extensive experience to patient care. He is fluent in English.
