Dr ly does not listen and dismisses every complaint as stress. Does not seem to understand anything about the older woman and is not interested in meaningful interaction with a patient. She always seems angry

Dr. Ly was so patient and took the time to explain everything to me. This was my first visit and was so surprised how much time she took to speak to me. She is the best and look forward to seeing her on a regular basis.

Dr. Ly is extremely thorough. She give you the time you need and clearly explains her finds and or the next steps to take. I strongly recommend Dr. Ly.

Dr. Ly is the best. She is accurate, truthful, always follows up with any tests I take after my visit. She is prompt and very courteous. Will be honest with you when you are not doing what is best for you as suggested. Staff is courteous and willing to help with Rx and refs. GREAT!!!!!!

I found dr ly for my mother who has very complex medical issues. she has been working with my mom over a yr and has been able to streamline her medicines and guide her in self management. I was so impressed i left my dr to go to her. she is great. Explains everything, never rushes and gives realistic goals. I wish I found her years ago.

The office staff is just as courteous as the Dr.Ly herself. Especially Alex & Jennifer at the front desk.
