The entire staff have been very pleasant and make my visits easier. I can be a pain with all the information my job needs and I’m a big baby when in pain. But they never complain and are always welcoming and smiling. It’s been 5 months and they make me feel like they genuinely care about me! I hate I had to come there but couldn’t ask for a better staff!! Thank you guys!!

No pain great staff

I have dealt with many doctor's offices and I have to say that Dr Berry's staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. I discontinued care because they are so mean and horrible to deal with.

His staff is the crudest I've ever dealt with. They have no manners, very rude and act as if you (the patient) is taking up their day. The office doesn't follow proper procedures for a pain management office. Then takes it out on the patients, without reason. Do not go there!! HE may be a good doctor but if his staff is uneducated, poorly mannered, unable to politely talk to a patient without blowing a gasket. Then why bother? The doctors only as good as their staff.

Same experience as Michael, different issue.

Br. Berry is , without a doubt, the most competent and caring physician I have gone to for pain control. He took the time to find out what was causing my pain and then discussed a care plan with me! He was always available when I needed him. Every doctor should take lessons from his ability to be professional and compassionate.

i have been a patient for almost 2 years he is so kind and understanding great doctor i call him a miracle worker i would not still be seeing him if it wasn't for me getting rear ended 4 times in a year im not in the amount of pain i was in before he helped me im in pain but he has it under control great doc.
