Dr. Hugh Franklin Bullard, DDS

I will admit that Dr. Bullard did an alright job on my little girls' crown. He seems to be a decent dentist, but what is the deal with next to no sedation? I have a little girl almost 3 years old and they cared almost none about how they hardly sedated her before the procedure. Dr. Bullard wrote a prescription of 5ml of Meperidine and didn't even give her enough to stop playing in the waiting room like she was at a birthday party. I am going to have to say he caused my child a lot of pain and wouldn't even give me the rest of her prescription back (which is paid from my pocket) nor prescribe anything else for pain. I also was charged almost $100.00 for them to put maybe a teaspoon of the drug in a little cup and they called it a sedation charge. I am sorry Dr. Bullard, but with all due respect I have to say to the public that I would not recommend your services other than a cleaning to any child/parent . Not to mention the initial filling he gave my child fell out causing the… crown giving my wife and I a $440.00 dental bill. I'd pay way more than that for my child's health, but I'll pay that with better decisions for a Pediatric Dentist.
