Dr. Hugh Harold Jackson, MD

When I came in the doctor didn't even come in to see me. His PA came in, took my vitals, told me he didn't need to order tests. The nurse said I was getting tests. At the end, everyone said they had no idea what was wrong with me and I was still stuck with thousands of dollars of medical expenses. Why? I have no idea. Steer clear of this charlatan.

I am a doctor and know a great one when I see one. This doctor in the Mercy ER is a kind concerned and thorough doctor. He is a team player with the staff and knows his stuff.

I am disabled and have been a patient of Dr Jackson for going on 8 years now. I have always trusted Dr Jackson to do the right thing. If he did not have an answer concerning my health he would have no problem refering me to another physician till we would get some answers. I had no problem trusting that I was receiving the best possible care. Besides being very competent, He has always been the most sincere, compassionate,doctor I know. Last year when he relocated to Northwest Arkansas I was willing to drive the extra hour one way just so he could continue to be my physician. One week before my scheduled appointment I receive a phone call from his office stating that DR jackson has left with no explanations and will not be back. That was two weeks ago and I still cannot seem to wrap my head around all this. I cannot even begin to explain the betrayal I feel. Now I am desperatly trying to find a suitable doctor. I do not understand how he can leave his patients in such a sad… state? It really saddens me that I am even writing this.
