Been taking my children there for at least 19 years he is great with all ages and explains everything to you the staff is also great

Dr. Olgetree has been superb in the care of my family members teeth. Caring man and will work with you to see that good dental health care is provided to you. His staff is also very friendly and polite. Will not change dentist we really like this man.

My husband and I both went to see Dr Olgetree earlier this year; the staff are rude, unorganized and do not inform you of anything. We waited in the office, just for a cleaning, well over 2 hrs. With my experience, I felt as though I weren't going to make him any money and he spent literally five minutes in the room. Said two sentences to me and left. With my husband, he was the cash cow, he spent alot of time with him, laughing and joking. Our insurance was just started this year, so we had a 180 day waiting period for basic services. I call to make an appt with his office, who were not helpful in any possible way. My husband's tooth broke in half and we were wanting it to be removed, well I finally was able to schedule the appointment only for the lady to call me back and tell me that simple extractions are 365 day waiting period. I called today to see if they would do fillings and such instead, she said ALL the work needed to be done on his mouth were root canals (I want a second… opinion). Well I called the insurance company because I thought something was off, come find out simple root canals (non surgical) and simple extractions, fillings and whatnot ARE covered under the insurance after the 180 day waiting period. But Dr Olgetree's office states that it was 365 days. I am livid when I find out from the actual insurance company about this! I am now trying to have all of our info transferred to another dentist, lets hope these unprofessional people don't mk this transition horrible! DO NOT GO TO OLGETREE NO MATTER IF HE IS THE LAST DENTIST ON EARTH! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF, HE'S VERY MONEY HUNGRY.
