I had surgery on my knee and Dr. Thomson and his crew put a block and catheter near the nerves that gave me several days of pain relief. When I began to feel pain, I had just a fraction of what I have had in the past. He was warm and friendly and just made my wife and I feel safe and secure. I felt like we were part of his family. He made us feel as if we were his only patient that day.

Dr. Thomson brought an excellent bedside manner and calming humor to the surgery that I underwent. He made me feel safe and calm. He did a block on me that prevented me from having any pain on the day of surgery. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Thomson had a great bedside manner with my mother while she was at Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital. He put her at ease, explained nerve block options and surgical anesthesia process to her as well as to those of us with her. Nerve block was a success and a great option for after surgery pain.
