Dr Hugo F Fernandez, MD

Dr. Fernandez is the most caring, compassionate, and competent doctor you will find in the area of bone marrow transplant. This is not a job for him, it's a mission. Even the nurses are in awe of him. He gives you the attention you need and takes his time to answer your questions. The Moffitt BMT clinic is available 24 hours a day. He saved my life!

In the late 90's, at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami, Dr. Fernandez cared for my wife. She's no longer with us, but I believe Dr. Fernandez bought her over 6 years of additional lifetime to be with us. It's all about buying time, and he did a great job!

Dr. Fernandez is a patient, considerate doctor. He's gifted and has been called to be a doctor. There are many people that receive their degree's in medicine but only have head knowledge. Dr. Fernandez has both head and heart.
