AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR!!The waiting time is long, because Dr Perez really likes spending time with the patients and explains everything to the max.

My son has been seeing Dr. Perez since he was about 2 years old, Dr.Perez is a fantastic pediatrician, would not take my son anywhere else, the only issue i have with is the waiting time, its literally Hours and Hours always has been and still continues to be.

Honestly, I always spend more than 2 hours on the waiting room, but it is worth the wait, this is the kind of doctor that if he sees a kid really ill in the waiting room he takes care of him first, some people don't like it, but it can happen to anybody at anytime, I like that because you can see that he really cares, the waiying room is always full, that can tell you for sure that he is a good doctor, everytime I have taken my son to him, whatever he prescribes our any treatment he gives works, so far he is perfection, he even starts the treatment in the officer the same day in the office until your son our daughter feels better and then you continue at home, I wish I could have found him earlier for my older son, in my whole life me and my family have seen many doctors but I can say that I only 2 of them are the best and he is one of the 2, remember you have to wait a lot in the waiting room, but your kid's health is worth the wait.
