Dr. Hugo Rams MD, FACG, MD

My first impression of him was that he was an entitled individual who lacks consideration for others, especially Black/African American people. Even though I am also a physician, I felt that he overlooked me and thought me inferior because of my race; despite him not knowing that I am also in the healthcare filed. To put it simply, he is disrespectful. No matter what status you hold, you should always treat people with respect.

The best in his field. Maybe extra concerned a little bet but better that than nothing.

For my opinion that is the best doctor here in Miami,

I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done by Dr. Rams who is my mother's doctor and couldn't be more pleased. He's extremely professional, nice and attentive to his patients needs. Unlike the other reviews on this site, I find that he has a very cautious and human nature about him that most doctors these days lack. His staff is beyond helpful and nice and they followed up with me after the procedures almost daily. This has been the norm with my mother as well and she has been his patient for over 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Rams who is one of the few doctors passionate about his career rather than the money.

The worst experience I have ever had for a Doctors Visit. He has absolutley not one bit of compassion or beside manner. He does not give you one second of his time to discuss any of your concerns. He throws the word Cancer around to scare you into further testing. Totally Narcissistic, would never recommend him to anyone!

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO this Doctor. He treated my mom as if she were an animal, he didnt suggest anything to improve her condition and after doing anything at all but being rude and mean, he charged $700.
