Dr. Hugo Desiderio Riffel-Dalinger, MD

He takes very little time to listen , and it seems he doesn't care too much for whatever your pains or concerns are,specially if you are an older person.He is like ""you are old , what do you want from me? "" ! He is getting tired of his profession I think, in other words,=he should retire !

I went to Dr. Dallinger and he is the rudest, most vile doctor I have ever seen. He insulted me and was completely disrespectful. This was a verbally violating feeling coming from the most unprofessional doctor I’ve encountered in my whole life. The office and equipment is old and he didn’t even do a full assessment. I feel sorry for the office staff as he was so mean to them as well. Don’t go to him!

My aunt is healthy but on medi-cal. He orders her to get blood test every quarter! Too many unnecessary testing to take advantage of government funds. No idea if he's a good doctor but with ethics like that, we're avoiding.

One of the most disturbing experiences, I fear I will never forget!

Dallinger was very disrespectful to me. Dallinger spoke with crude sarcasm when I visited on a medical appointment. Dallinger and spread crude gossip about me. I did not notice Dallinger was sarcastic because he speaks English poorly and has a bad accent. I found out Dallinger was being disrespectful later when I noticed the gossip. Dallinger is an awful doctor anyways. Dallinger uses equipment which looks beat up and ancient. The wait time at the office of Dallinger is literally one hour or more. IDallinger made me wait over 45 minutes the first time I had made a visit, but I got tired of waiting and went home. The second visit to Dallinger was worse because he was disrespectful and did not even apologize for making me wait the first time. The waiting room of Dallinger is literally crowded with patients and the seats may not be available to all. The waiting room of Dallinger smells like a mix of mothballs and perspirattion. The medical fees of a visit to Dallnger are overpriced even… if you do have insurance. You can save money by avoiding Dallinger. It is cheaper and more practical to use a smartphone with a heart rate monitor and some medical apps instead. Dallinger should be avoided because he disrespects patients.

I came to Dr. Dalinger at the recommendation of a friend of mine that had been treated by Dr. D. I had a heart problem that I was unaware of except for symptoms. Dr. D. quickly made a decision of what needed to be done. I trust Dr. Dalinger completely!!!

All I really have to say is that Dr. Dalinger is the Best of the Best!!! He is truly an amazine person!! Thank You

Dr. Dalinger is the BEST. Not only is he an excellent cardiologist, saving my husband's life by his prompt and correct diagnosis. He is also a kind, caring and gentle person.I highly recommend him.
