Dr. Hui Suk Kang, MD

Dr Kang is probably the very worst doctor I have ever heard of and I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been around a lot of doctors. My elderly parents went to see him, seeking help for my 85 year old father and he treated them with such disrespect. My father is very active for his age and has avoided back surgery for many years with the use of a low-dose pain patch. Prescribing laws recently changed, forcing him to switch providers. The regimen he has been on 7 years has enabled him to have a wonderful active high quality of life. Dr Kang was arrogantly refusing to listen to them and forcing a procedure which my parents both explained raises my father's blood pressure to a dangerous level. Dr Kang's response was "you go to the ER then". What good doctor would deliberately choose to do a procedure on an 85 year old that might risk him needing to go to the ER? He ultimately had a passive aggressive tantrum and told my parents they should find another doctor. I'm thoroughly disgusted. We… are trained to listen to our patients and not fix something that isn't broken. Dr Kang needs to go back to kindergarten to learn how to be kind and how to treat the elderly. There is enough strife in this world to receive such harshness from a doctor who is supposed to help. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr Kang.

You spend over an hour waiting for a 2-minute face to face, then he bills your insurance for a full work-up and examination and assessment and and and... Then tries to push injections when you literally just had two from the referring physician. Obviously just trying to squeeze more billable procedures out of you.

Excellent Doctor. I had been having my treatment with Epidural shoots with him under anesthesia. He is very dedicated and concerned and he knows a lot about pain management. I trust him one hundred percent

Worst doctor on the planet. Does not know and/or does not care how to take care of pain manager patients. He is rude and condescending and is discriminatory to certain patients. If you are handicapped you definitely do not want to see this Dr.

Dr Kang in my opinion is very thorough and focused on helping to reduce the level of pain his patients endure. In my case finances have hampered my progress. Now that I have a better insurance plan, I hope to get the remaining procedure I desperately need taken care of.

My wife and I both saw Dr. Kang. He's excellent! However, if you're looking to him as "drug supplier"...don't waste your time. Dispensing narcotics is the LAST thing he will do to manage pain.

I absolutely love Dr. Kang!! He has helped relieve my pain greatly. He has always listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and been genuinly concerned about by overall health. Dr. Kang always has a smile on his face and great bedside manner. So glad I found him!!!

Excellent caring doctor! Has helped me with my pain many times. He listens!!

My experience with Dr. Kang was horrible. He didn't listen to my needs or concerns. I felt rushed. He simply wanted to fill in the blanks on his laptop. I was disrespected when he stated I seemed to need a "Psychiatrist." I have never felt so belittled in my life.

Highly recommend. great personality and great service. Pain free :)
