Dr. Winnie Hui-Ju Chung, DO

I will give 0 if possible. I called 5 times today to make an appointment for my son, who has been under Chung since May. Twice, the office lady said will call back but never did; other three times she said please hold... but after long time, the phone was cut off. Very bad, unprofessional, not caring...

Not a professional pediatrician.Dr is forgetful, refused to admit what she've said.she've got annoyed when the baby started crying.Left the room immediately when she gets emotional.The most important is the doctor does not put the patient as her first priority, her preferences, emotions and her staffs are ahead of patient's good in her mind.Staffs are slow and not smart, slow to response, and heard them complain the patients behind their back.Extremely disappointing.

Dr Chung is so patient, calm and caring. As my daughter is extremely shy and usually is very weary of strangers, she respond well to Dr. Chung's gentle manner and friendly smiles. Dr. Chung's staff are alright, they are polite, but definitely not friendly like Dr. Chung.

I went in taking care of my foster child; but also needed my own Internal Medicine doctor. The office is so very happy and upbeat- perfect for young ones going to a doctor. The staff is very helpful and helpful in referring me to another doctor as needed.
