Great NP, office staff, Dr Xu and management team. Everyone seems to care, they sent out a follow up letter, survey, later with a personal call to check up on us. They really care about their patients, listens, and give you the best care and necessary help Thank you Dr Xu and your team.

Forces you to come in or meet with a nurse every single month in order to get your prescriptions for medication you've been taking without issue for a period of time. Basically profiting off of unnecessary appointments with her staff. You spend 5 min with the nurse every single month just saying everything is fine and pay $25 co-pay every single month. There is no good reason to force patients to see, not even the doctor, but a staff member of the doctor, every single month, just to say "I'm good" and pay a $25 co-pay, just to get your daily, regular, prescription refilled. They're just doing this for the extra money.

She had been notified in the past by client and loved one, and it was put even in writing to no longer prescribe these medications to client, yet she eventually completely disregarded it and continues to provide refills for this patient who uses the whole bottle in only a few days time. The patient will lie that they lost the prescription or request a different dose to get a whole new refill and she allows it. It is blatant substance abuse and she is an enabler. Only cares about the money and not the patients.

Horrible. Somehow made seeing a psychiatrist seem like a scam.

Stay away from this doctor- she doesn’t listen, is disrespectful, her staff constantly forgot to fill my medications, she lied and said she would give me three months of refills then said- “oh- sorry. Must come in every month now. Policy changes.” One of the receptionists told someone (loudly) to be careful of a client who just left, because he was a “psychopath.” This was in a room full of people waiting. Save yourself the nightmare— do not see this “doctor.”
