I saw her on the Franciscan Health Youtube commercial so she seemed like a "caring" Doctor...WRONG. She's not much of a Doctor. She prescribed me Medicine based on the little interaction I had with her. The medicine is very powerful and I had to stop taking it. Although, they keep submitting refills(2extra) without my input. Eventhough, I wasn't qualified for another refill as I still had the original. She required a litney of test, but no reason for these test, but to say I'm looking for something. Really?! Her referals had no idea what I was talking about. So, no comminucation among them. Plus, knowing my limited schedule she waits until an hour before and cancels her new patients second appointment with the reveal from these litney of test. Guess since I don't have a bankable sickness, I was cast to the side. I suggest everyone research her ratings first. You will definitely run.

Dr Mulk has the best bedside manor and is very informative. Her staff is great also. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Great doctor + great staff= great visit

She's nice,however I think she should of said something.more appropriate to me, like I am not a little girl

I believe she strives to help her patients, however when it comes to calling their insurance companies she takes her time!

the staff is rude, disrespectful and incompetent. it is evident that Dr mulk has no concern for her patients. she spent less than 5 mins with me, wrote a prescription in a hurry and left. I sat in the room wonderin what just happened. the waiting room was full of disgruntled, complaining patients, who say they haven't switched doctors just because they've been goin there for so long.. I wonder why my insurance gave her as my first choice... this will be the last time I ever come to this office. I'm changing my doctor today.

In my experience Dr. Mulk is a great physician, but her receptionist Mary Lou is rude to patients, which made me not go back. If she would get rid of her I'm sure she would get a lot more patients. Her nurse Rachel is great. She's courteous, takes a real interest in the patients and above all she's polite.
