20 years ago you placed a stint in George L. Scott's LAD for 80% occlusion. I was an RN at St. Joe's at the time. You saved his life and he is still doing fine with Dr. Ramirez. You placed that stint Jan. 3, and I owe you my life for it. I can never thank you enough and for my Dad's care 6 months later, George H. Austin. Thanks Linda Scott

I was hospitalized at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa and Dr. Coto was one of the physicians. I was told by him that I had a heart attack. Could not diagnose the reason for the heart attack, other than severe anxiety and stress?? The hospital stay itself and bills I am receiving after the heart attack have caused me more anxiety and stress than before I went in. I received a bill from Cardiac Care Services with no explanation of what the charges are for ?? this has so not helped my prescription of relaxation -- and by the way number on the bill for help no one answers

Dr. Coto is a warm, caring professional who is truly concerned about his patients health and well being. I would not want to see another cardiologist, he has been my doctor for 3 years after putting a stent in place. I have total faith in him.
