Dr. Humera Sabahath Syeda, MD

Dr. Humera Syeda has been my Gynecologist for several years now. Her experience is invaluable and I have never felt uncomfortable. She doesn’t rush through the appointments and address each and every concern of what is going on with your health. Her staff provides healthy and positive atmosphere. Because of this I chose Dr. Syeda to perform my delivery in few weeks ago. Her smiling face gave me more confidence during the scariest moment of my life, she was there for me with pleasant manner and great care when I was in need. I will forever be grateful for her help!!

I had to wait for 90 minutes to wait in the waiting room as I was the first patient of the morning. She never apologized about her delay and starting talking about snack she ate before coming to work. I totally wasted my time with the waiting, and switched to see the other doctor and the nurse practitioner.

After finding out I was expecting they set me up with two different visits with Dr. Syeda. Needless to say I switched to Dr. Clark as she was very impatient and did not listen to any of my concerns or previous medical issues. She imposes her will on all her patients and I do not recommend her to anyone.

Straight to the point and professional.

She completely screwed my sons circumcision up and he had to get a revision done at 2 years old. Did not speak to us about the procedure, we didn’t even see her was just told she was the one who did it. We have heard horror stories about her screwing up a number of other circumcisions. Do NOT let her do your sons procedure. I switched practices immediately after. VERY UNHAPPY

She did not make me feel like a priority. Rushed through the appointment. Brushed my concerns and worries off like they were nothing. Provided no compassion or comfort when I cried. Did not reassure me. Made me feel stupid, embarrassed and upset.

She is great!

Dr. Syeda was very professional and caring. She didn't judge me or make me feel uncomfortable with my sterilization choices. Made me feel comfortable and was always smiling

I'm pretty convinced that they must stick all new patients who don't know any better with Dr Syeda. She has absolutely no compassion, horrible bedside manner, and bungled one of my procedures. If you try to discuss your issues or ask her a question, she acts like she doesn't have time for you and that your worries are stupid. When she is performing a procedure, she doesn't explain what she's doing,she just goes ahead and does it, leaving you startled and in pain. I am not alone in my bad experience with her. My friend was unfortunate enough to have to call the emergency line when Syeda was the doctor on call. My friend was experiencing severe side effects from her new prescription, and Dr Syeda basically told her it was all in her head, that the prescription couldn't be causing it, and to just go to sleep.

Staff who answer the phone have been extremely condescending, as have some of the nurses. After visits have felt humiliated more than once.
