Dr. Hunde Sado Tulu, MD

Dr. Tulu was in time and very helpful during my Telehealth call. I called regarding a severe sinus infection. He asked a few questions and then prescribed antibiotics. I appreciate how quick and easy he made the appointment since I wasn’t feeling well and had a bad sore throat.

Mr. Tulu abruptly ended my scheduled Teladoc visit without warning or explanation (hanging up on me, essentially) bc he was frustrated I wasn't able to TELL HIM what to prescribe me for my sinus infection. Despite speaking with me, he marked down that I did not answer and missed the appt entirely. He seemed incredibly annoyed I had 3 meds that I'm unable to take and kept demanding I tell him what to prescribe me. I am not a doctor, therefore it should go without saying that I'm not sure what my best option is. After an hour and 15 mins on the phone w customer service I received a new appt. It was urgently noted on my file that he was NOT to take my new appt, but he did anyway and bc this was via phone vs video like I was initially scheduled, I wasn't aware it was the same "doctor." I received the same level of "care" with him the second time, demanding I tell him what to prescribe me. After another hour-long call with customer service I had an appt with an actual doctor who spent a… full eleven minutes of his time explaining the issue and various solutions. Mr. Tulu is a prime example of how horrible healthcare is in America.
