I hope Dr Chung change his staffs , however Dr Chung a great Dr amazing and professional..

Doctor Cheng is a great and wonderful doctor. However this review is for the front receptionist, I unfortunately dont remember her name but I do remember she has a thick accent. All interactions have been through her. Prior to this I’ve noticed that every time I’ve been in the waiting area that she gives attitude to all patients who came in and who called in that gave her trouble. I was meant to be referred to another doctor after some test and was told to wait for a letter in the mail or call back in a week. After a week and no letter, I called in to inform them that I haven’t received anything, and they gave me the information to see the referred doctor. After arriving at the referred doctor after making an appointment and waiting about a week, I come to find that my insurance isn’t taken by them and it hasn’t been for a year now. Immediately called the office and the receptionist was surprised to find out that they did not take my insurance. She told me she would put in… another authorization for another doctor and I’d get a follow up letter afterwards as well, if not call back. A week and a half passes with nothing, I call in and the receptionist states that it’s still pending, so she told me she would put in another request for another doctor. I was fine with this as I know sometimes authorizations dont get approved sometimes if the doctor is out of office, etc. She told me “I’m going to put in this request for another doctor. It’s going to be doct- actually I’ll wait to make sure it goes through and I’ll call you when it goes through.” And did not give me any information besides that she would call me back once she hears word of it. I waited about two weeks and still no call back and decided to call in today. When I called in today, she stated “Oh I already gave you Doctor ‘...’ and their phone number last time. Have you called them?” To where I replied “No, you told me that you would call me back when the Authorization came through” She then proceeded to be super passive aggressive and essentially called me a liar, stating “No, I remember I told you last time you called in. I gave you the information.” I would have remembered if she told me the information because this health condition is really serious to me and I’ve been dealing with it undiagnosed for a long time. I can’t believe she’d have the audacity to claim that she told me when I clearly remember ever conversation we’ve had, then when I confronted her about it, she just reiterated that she already told me.

They said thay are open until 5 pm. In their website..they say 4:30... I got there driving my self with 3 days high temperature...the asistant when I nocked the door said tha they were closed .. And go to urgent care next door ... i came the next day to talk with the dr. About my studies like xraysxraysother tests. That they only have access to...this time 4:15 was closed?......Yes no notes even schedule posted at the door

Office is dirty, doctor is the type to have you in and out, I explained my bleeding problem, he referred me to a place where they have an ancient X-ray machine, My results came negative, yet the pain still persists. (I wonder why? X-ray mating probably does not even work) I had to call multiply times to follow up on the results. Doctor did not even make a referral for emergency service due to pain. I would stay away, far away from this office as possible, or take a chance, if you don't care about your health.

Dr. Cheng is a GREAT doctor. Very nice and patient with you. He waits until you have asked everything you wanted to ask, unlike other doctors that want to rush you out of their office. Though he is the best doctor I've ever had, the only thing that can make him more perfect is taking the time to call and make sure after see him that you're better.
