Dr. Hung Hoang Dang

No bedside manner and actually gave me a negative attitude when I was in a very vulnerable state. Horrible experience.

After my ER visit I had some charges to dispute and Mr. Dang, who is the hospital director, talked to me on the phone after I requested that from the nurse manager. He was not able to pull my info at the time due to some computer access issues (!?) so he said he was going to contact me back shortly after. Not only did that not happen ever but when I tried myself contacting him again he could never be reached. There is always some secretary picking up the phone and telling me to leave a message for him. They also told me that he does not have a direct number (really?) and that I cannot arrange a meeting with him in person. So that is the way of that ER making thousands of dollars off of people that are ill, by charging them for procedures which were never performed and then hiding behind the desk when they need to explain how they itemized the bill. If a hospital director could not resolve an issue like that I don't exactly know who to contact next. I would never go back to that… facility and I hope you don't need to ever contact this rip-off Dang person because you won't be able to.
