Hunter Elijah Wadlow

As a Chiropractic Physician, I personally brought a serious patient of mine to Hunter's clinic in a pinch for an urgent appointment. Not only did Hunter treat an easily-stigmatized patient with complete respect and dignity, but he communicated with me as the patient's friend and Chiropractic provider—allowing for seamless collaboration between our two specialties for the patient's best outcome. Additionally, Hunter went above and beyond, spending almost an hour with us, taking a very detailed and non-judgmental history, exam, and exploration of treatment plan options. This is honestly the best experience I have ever had with a provider at Parkland Health Center—I will be referring my patients to (exclusively) him (at BJC) in the future. Hunter exemplifies some of the best bedside manner, clinical astuteness, and outside-provider collaboration I have experienced in my training and now independent practice. A++ p.s. Dr. Kirkley should humble himself enough to learn from Hunter, despite… credential ranking; it is of the most importance that providers genuinely listen to their patients in a non-judgmental fashion while quickly establishing a privileged report. Veteran providers and burned out practitioners often lose sight of the complete, complex and individual human being in front of them.
