I just wanted to tell people how UNPROFESSIONAL this lady is. Make sure you schedule with someone else. She does not belong with the Columbia Medical Group. She gets a XERO out of 5 .

I’ve been seeing Dr. Phan since 2016 and I’m taking the time today to write what I say to others when I refer her ... “You couldn’t be in better hands! I’ve been completely satisfied with her patient care, diagnosis, recommendations and bedside manner. Her taking the time to make the necessary referrals I need have saved my life. I highly recommend her any day if the week.”

very rude. acts acts as if she doesn't believe what you're telling her. really doesn't spend time with you or show much concern to your issue. rush in rush out send you somewhere else for no reason.

Saw Dr. Phan as a new patient. She took time to go through my medical records in advance, answered all of my questions, and ensured that follow-up would occur. The support staff and nurses have contacted me by telephone to make certain I had everything I needed to begin physical therapy. I am very, very pleased with both Dr. Phan and her medical practice group.

Dr. Phan is happy to order tests and send you to an army of specialists for no reason. She scared me into getting a thyroid biopsy with no proof it was necessary, costing me thousands of dollars for nothing. Instead of monitoring, she had to make it terrifying and expensive.

Dr Phan is compassionate, intelligent (extremely so) and the most caring doctor I have ever been to. She aloso has a great sense of humor, though she is the strictest doctor you'd be luck to find

Dr. Phan is a great doctor. She has worked with me through all the tough times, even when others thought I was insane. She really listens and wants to help. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she is very knowledgeable in many areas.

The reason I gave Dr Pham a one star is due to her no longer willing to see me. I was a patient of Dr Phans for six years and was told because I missed 2 appts within one year I was a liability to her practice. I tried to explain that I had scheduled the appt six months earlier and must have forgotten. I was not allowed to speak with Dr Phan or her nurse only told that if I had an emergency within the next 30 days she would treat me and in the interim I would need to find another doctor. I must say I was shocked and had never heard of such. Dr Phan is a good doctor but is this how you treat patients who have been loyal patrons of your practice??

She is very understanding and caring, she never seems in a hurry, is always patient and listens to whatever is bothering me, she is the only doctor I have ever been too, that seems like they really care!!
