Treats patients like drug addicts. Rude. Uncaring. Not patient friendly. The only nice person there is receptionist.

I love this office and it's people. They take care of me.

Dr. Mourtada is a great doctor whomknows what he is doing, great staff. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and anyone who has spine pain. Thank you dr mourtada and staff.

I would just like to make a comment to the individual who posted she was in the medical field and she took her dad to him. I had a very similar experience with a doctor of his "type" just recently. I too was in the medical field for 20 years as a nurse until i became disabled and I would like to tell this person who made an excellent rating and stated you were afraid that he would dope your dad up and also made the comment that's why most of the people are there for. Let me tell you something that you may want to do some research on. Most of these types of doctors want to do epidural steroid injections with a drug called Kenalog. Well it just so happens Kenalog is not FDA approved and even states on the vial, not for epidural use. I recently went to one of these "doctors" and she immediately wanted to do this on me due to 3 bulging discs with the L5-S1 discs that was completing closed with foraminal stenosis pressing on my sciatica nerve. Yes I did it bc I was desperate for relief but… to my surprise the procedure went completely wrong probably due to her rushing nature as I have seen reviews of this doctor as well and I now am suffering from arachnoiditis which is an incurable, irreversible condition that i will have for the rest of my life. It's like cancer but you don't die. My advice is do your research first before you allow these doctors to do these treatments because I didn't until it was too late and now finding out they get 2000 to 2500 dollars from you for every one they do in a 20 min total time frame like they are on a production line. Some of these people and will never again refer to them as doctors because my opinion is the DEA are bringing "doctors" from other countries to the USA and using them to cut out this opioid epidemic bc they are culturally rude and they are paid to do and encouraged to do procedures that are not approved in the USA but they probably don't even know that bc it is probably legal to do it in their country. What people don't understand is not every single person is there drug seeking but they are taught to treat everyone as though that is what they are there for. It's a weaning out process in an attempt to stop addiction. Addiction will never end. If someone is seeking drugs and no doctor will see them they will turn to the streets, bottom line. If you ever have a bad experience with a pain management doctor like I have, yes you will be black listed as I'm sure I am bc the DEA will make sure of it. If you plan to see a doctor from another country that came to the USA around the time this opioid epidemic so called started you better go ahead and prepare yourself to lawyer up. Just so this person understands every single person who complains of pain or who has been currently on narcotics are being sent there bc their own doctor doesn't want to have the DEA looking over their shoulder every 5 minutes. REFUSE EPIDURAL STEROID INJECTIONS!!! THEY ARE NOT FDA APPROVED, THEY ARE LABELED TO NOT USE VIA EPIDURAL!!! Ask questions!! Do your research!! Read consent forms thoroughly before signing!!! Now I'm gonna go rant on someone elses 2.9 overall rating.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Out of all the physician see, your staff is the best. Dr. Mourtada very efficient and helpful.

One of the first doctors I saw when I developed severe lower back pain. He screamed at me for having a 3 day prescription for pain medicine from my primary care doctor. He did nothing, not even an x-ray, and no recommendations for further evaluation. Showed no interest in me whatsoever, but yes, he got paid. Found out much later (over a year) that I had a ruptured disk and my vertebrae were actually rubbing together. I had to have major surgery. He had an opportunity to help alleviate MONTHS of agony, if he had done a proper assessment and evaluation. Instead, he was just smug and uncaring. He deserves NO stars. I wouldn't go back to him if I was dying.

Horrible Dr! Doesn't care whatsoever the pain your in, after he has done all the procedures within his ability, he sends you out the door and says he cannot help you identify what is causing your pain.. To give them a call if it gets worse!! Unbelievably disconnected experience. Have your Dr. refer you somewhere else if you want to find out what is causing you pain and how to manage it. He will say your fine after seeing another dr I Found out i have a ruptured disk above the Plate i have in My Neck . He Did Not Mention That At All . Once You have seen him and try to go to another Pain Dr For get it !! He makes sure he covers his Butt By Putin You On A Bad List !! He is a Night Mare Rude Is puting it Mildly !! Don't be fooled by The name SPINE and Pain !!! He Does NOTHING For You !! He Do NOT Need To Be A Pain Dr At All !!!

Doesn't care how far you have to drive, consumed with protecting himself. Staff is rude. Gave a 28 day script for a 31 day month and then added a day before it could be refilled. Should not be allowed to practice.
