Dr. Hussain Banu, MD

Dr. Banu is an amazing Dr. She has great knowledge and have never had a primary care physician that was so thorough, but also relatable. She has a commonsense approach to her recommendations. I really cannot say enough about how much I enjoy her as a Dr and think that my health is in good hands with her.

I have been seeing Dr. Banu for a couple of years now and I am perfectly happy with her care. She has been very thorough and giving of her time. I am happy to call her my doctor.

She is rude, arrogant, and has no clue. She acts like she knows everything and shrugs off medical complaints like they are nothing. The worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of giving my money to.

She is the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. The 3 times I saw her, never once did she take my vitals or do a physical (although she said she did in my record), she barely looked at me, spending her whole time at the computer, and she messed up my records to where I have to have them fixed now (for example stating I weigh 100 lbs less than I do). I have Lupus, and she didn't believe me or other doctors that had previously treated me. I was subjected to 3 different blood panels that all were positive, and she still refused to treat me saying it wasn't Lupus and even had the audacity to suggest that I have somatization disorder. I immediately severed our relationship. I can die from this disease, and she didn't even care. The kicker? She won't prescribe me a simple medication that would help me, but rather she'll prescribe me things that treat each of the individual symptoms of Lupus such as my Reynaud's. Also, she is very hard to understand as she has a… heavy Indian accent so communication was even poorer.
