Ugh. "We don't do hearing aids." I can't believe what a huge red flag this was. I'd kick my own self in the pants if I'd decided to ignore the the initial interaction with the 1st phone call to the office. I asked what the next available app appointment was, because my wife had a hearing problem, she broke her eardrums. What I got was a woman who answered me with "We don't do hearing aids." SERIOUSLY! When the woman finally decided to listen to me, she said their next available wasn't until October. *LIKE I SAID...Goodbye.*

Quick, efficient and able to correct problems without rushing into surgery. Will definitely continue to see.

Hussain Malik has NO idea what he is doing. You are better off letting a toddler stick things in your ear, you'll get the same result and the toddler is free. He was so clueless that I had to ask him to stop the examine so I could leave. Drive a little further or just wait a couple extra days for someone who knows what they're doing.

Dr Malik has helped three generations in my family. He is very understanding & takes the time to listen. He is right on with diagnosing. Dr Malik's staff is very welcoming. Be prepared to wait a bit, but this is because the doctor takes time with his patients.

He is very understanding and takes his time with you. That sometimes causes waiting for a half hour to see him, but he is worth it.
