I waited a full hour for my appointment and the doctor did not say a word about the lateness.

Very nice man. I had to have an injection but before he jabbed the needle in, he took the time to manipulate the joint to pinpoint the spot causing the pain. Explained what he was going to do and didn’t proceed until I was ready. Thank you for respecting my feelings!
