She is absolutely horrendous one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t know why they hire her. She’s rude. She cuts you off. She doesn’t listen. We live in Boardman and it’s pretty bad that with her being associated with Akron children’s we will no longer be using Akron children’s ever again. We will be going to Cleveland instead.

Great Doctor very personable

Injured knee . Saw Dr. Masour. She had my back x-rayed. Had me to touch my toes and told me I wasn't fat.

I was here for a Worker's comp injury. Everyone was amazing and helpful. Everything was easy and I couldn't have had a better experience. Novacare also helped me get better and stronger through physical therapy. Staff was friendly and great.

Staff is friendly. Doctor is great and helped me get my DOT.

She is the best and helped me through everything.

Dr. Mansour was at bedside when we took our daughter into the ER needing immediate attention. Its an ER and im an ER nurse, most people who have the time to complain about the care the are receiving have never dealt with the rudeness of the public. I think she did an awesome job. The whole staff.

I took my stepson to the ER, I received great care by the staff and the doctor. He quickly got better and was able to start school on time. Thank you!!

The other reviews say it all. No need for me to type anymore. Save your self and your children and stay away.

I agree with the previous review. Horrible bedside manner. Very short and cold with her patients. I would think in working with children maybe one should show a little more compassion.
