Dr. Huy Quoc Nguyen, MD

I am so upset about this clinic. At first, the staff is not serious working there. They are not care for patient, I know it because my son went this placeas a family doctor since 2012. Moreover, I see not only staffing not care patients but doctors also, especially a terrible Dr Huy. Until today, my point of view about him completely different, he is not better than his staffing much. Rude, unprofessional attitude to be a doctor. I was waiting in the lobby around 1 hours due to my son got high fever as 102 temperatures and got returned from his Armstrong elementary school. We were at this place around 1 pm at that time the clinic just got 4 patients. I know as walk-in patients I have to wait because my son 's appointment come in at 4:10pm. I came early, unexpected, I am willing to wait. I was waiting 1 hours later until many patients gone. We still not get to see the nurses yet. I so upset and talk to front desk. Finally, when I got into the room after 30 minutes later, nurse run the… flu test on my son. Moreover, Dr Huy showed up, he not check for my son. He was standing on his small desk top computer. He started talking louder as yelling as me about how hard he tried to snitch my son schedule into his schedule, complained, yelling unprofessional at me because I rushed his front desk people. Then they rushed back on him. I tried to talk and he does not want to heard about what I say. I am so disappointed because his arrogance attitude, he did not want to listen. I am mad as his professional doctor who yell out loud on a mother of his patients. I shocked about this clinic. I feel he came yell for whatever his unhappiness on me. And I do not understand why the Texas license department approved for Dr Huy open this clinic due to his worse personality. Unprofessional to treat people but good to yell at people in his room 's clinic, after yelled at me in the room and he walked away.Today I feel hurt and unhappy when I leave this place. I come for my son but Dr. Huy has no cure for his temper..... I just mad at my self because I trust wrong person who not deserve to be my son's family doctor. I believe there have a lot of patients arounding in different room heard what we talking about, how he yelling at people in the room like that. I think many people rated for him 4 or 5 stars , to me he and his clinic deserve nothing even 1 star.

When he calls you for a 2nd blood check right after the 1st, don't do it. He cares for money than you. The 1st visit your insurance covers, the 2nd will be out of your pocket. Ask to see how many patients that have to go back for this reason: something wrong with the blood work. Good doctor doesn't make mistake that often.

This place is not good as before, doctor not carefully discuss with patience. Front office personnel is even worse. .. no words.....most Vietnamese Dr. Is just money........

Dr. Nguyen is a caring physician. He is professional and and his staff is helpful.
