Dr. Huy Le Nguyen, MD

Very limited English, long waits, unprofessional, and I caught the flu after waiting an eternity in the 3rd world waiting room. Steer clear!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! I would put 0 star for this office if I could. I chose this office because my parents can't speak English, and it would be great for them to talk to the doctor themselves. The first appointment was great for the blood work and check-up; I did not have high expectation since I saw many terrible reviews. I noticed there are a couple of good reviews, so I decided to let my parents try. Everything went downhill after the first appointment. There are plenty of good Vietnamese doctors out there and please don't settle for this place. You will regret it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. The staffs are rude, disrespectful, uneducated, unprofessional, and do not care about the patient (unsympathetic). The receptionist does not want to talk to me when I call, unreachable calls during business hours because I had to call 5 times to get to them. I can never make an appointment for my parents when they are sick; the staffs always say "first come first… serve" during the walking time. The only time my parents got an appointment is when they make it months ago for the annual check-up, but I don't think they like to take in a sick patient. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and FIND A GOOD OFFICE.

Very unattentive to my needs, doesn't seem to know much about medical diagnosis or medicine for treatment, not attentive to referrals for A Specialist or medications needed, someone could be in dyer need and not receive the help they NEED from this DOCTORS OFFICE? Dr. Ha Do cannot possibly be a licenced professional all she knows is MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY...VERY UNSATISFIED! PEOPLE'S LIVES MATTER, I MATTER...

He does not pay much attention to patient's needs. Very difficult to reach him. Front office/nurse do not treat patient with respect. waiting time is very bad (45 minutes Avg).

The female doctor who is practicing along with dr. Nguyen, Huy in the same office, we were told her name was dr. Do, Ha. But how come her name is not listed in their office online She refer my dad to specialist, when we took my dad to that dr., he said he couldn't treat my father. He was right because he is not specialist my dad needed I check with American Board Certfied Medical Specialist, they cannot find her

Left feeling like my questions were not answered. No real on hands on investigation of care.....felt like i was just there for them to get paid for my visit.

The language barrier is terrible....the doctor office doesn't have a clue when it comes to referrals and what medications is covered by insurance. takes to long for medication to be reauthorize.... misdiagnosis on two occasions. Had to ask for a referrals to specialist they didn't know any in my network. I feel like I have to do all the work when they could log on line or call insurance provider
