The policy in this office to only see you for ONE problem is a joke! How can you call yourself a family doctor if you will only address what a person is “scheduled” for. If a patient is sitting in the room with the Dr and has something wrong, she says you have to make another appointment for that........WHAT!!! This is about nothing but money! I will be changing Doctors and Dr. Harvey and her office will not get another penny from me. When my husband goes to see his family doctor, the first thing he says is how are you, are you having any problems. He wants to address all of his problems in that visit, and take care of whatever is wrong. But not Dr. Harvey, no way. She will treat you strictly for what you are scheduled for, and if you happen to be sick or have an ache or pain, don’t dare bring it up! Only one problem or reason per visit. She will actually tell you, you have to make another appointment for that. Seriously what is healthcare coming to when your primary care physician… will only discuss one thing with you, even when you are sitting right in front of her and paying for that appointment. This is a disgrace. I have worked in healthcare for almost 30 years as a social worker, and this is the most blatant disregard for patient care that I have ever seen:
