Dr Cha is my daughter pediatrician for 3 years, she loves her so much, dr Cha so kind and professional, my daughter always feels comfortable and happy during the visit. I highly recommend her

The doctor didn’t seem thorough. She also did not present me with options for the strep test (culture or rapid) and her nurse did not follow up with results as she said she would. I looked the results up online and spoke to a doctor on call later in the day. My daughter was very hard to pin down for the strep test. The rapid came negative but she seems to have symptoms of strep… sore red throat, pain when swallowing, stomach ache, no flu like symptoms etc, so I’m disappointed to learn that a culture was not done. Also, our usual pediatrician at Weil Cornel always rechecks the temperature and I know feels the nodes etc. and does a more thorough exam. In this case she just used her stethoscope to check her breathing and peeked in to the throat. She rechecked the temperature when I asked her to. I left feeling unsatisfied, which I don’t feel otherwise at this practice as I’ve had a good experience with all the other doctors.

Wonderful with our baby

Our adolescent daughter had a great experience. Dr Cha took time to answer all her questions, was very engaging and had a wonderful bedside manner. She has a very disarming demeanor which helped my daughter relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dr Cha.

She was wonderful. Sensitive regarding adolescent needs and behavior; for parents very supportive.
