Dr. Hyun Jung Hong, MD

She’s not all that great. My elderly father was so unhappy with her. Blahhhh!

I have found Dr. Hong to be excellent. I changed to her as my primary and have been very happy with her care and attention to detail and follow up.

She doesn't let you fully explain and cuts you off. She hardly smiles and treats you like you're nobody! I have never been treated so badly. The only polite and professional one there is her MA. The receptionist hardly smiles and you have to constantly repeat information to her. Good Luck!

I found this dr to be very impersonal with an extreme lack of bedside manner. Clearly does not know how to run a practice. Treats all her patients like they need her, and could care less about their business or new patients. Very arrogant/narcissistic

If you need an appt, you'll get one, but you'll also leave feeling like you're just a paycheck. She cuts you off while explaining an issue to her & then she'll ask for the same information again and cut you off. She spends a max of 10 minutes with you, if you're lucky.

Every time my family or myself goes in to see Dr Hong we are all treated horrible. The receptionist has awful patient care. She is rude and does not care about the patients or their feelings. There has never been a time where I walked out of that office, happy. Dr Hong is a great doctor, but she is so fast that it feels like she does not actually listen to you. The MA is the only person I like. She is very sweet and comes off like she truly cares. I will never return to Dr Hongs office, or refer anyone to her. I am very very disappointed.

Made an appt for myself and my son. They asked what insurance I had when I made the appt. I verified with my own insurance that this doctor is a preferred provider on my plan. Day of the appt she looks at the back of my card and there is a tiny Multiplan logo on it and she says that even though they are providers for my insurance, they aren't taking new patients if that is on it. Maybe since they're aware of that they should say something when a patient makes an appt? And pulls their kid out of school for it? My ins doesn't even process through Multiplan unless the provider is out of network, which she isn't and they knew that. What a horrid waste of time.
