Dr. Ian M Barron, DPM

I have seen Dr. Barron several times over the last couple of years. His attention to detail and his concern for his patients has really impressed me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was struggling to find someone to help my 7 year old with autism, who had a pretty nasty ingrown toenail. Dr Barron was amazing with him. He did the work fast and efficiently while we held my son still. It’s hard to work while a 7 year old is screaming and wiggling but Dr Barron was such a big help!

Dr. Barron and his staff went above and beyond in treating my injury. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the treatment and procedure. I could not have asked for better care. I’m terrified of needles and he even found a way to make me laugh. An outstanding doctor.

As a new patient, Dr. Barron listened well to all of my concerns, and very thoroughly explained a plan of treatment for me. He followed up routinely with me, making sure that everything worked out ok. He is very patient and understanding with his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist!

I visited Dr. Barron at Clintonville Foot & Ankle for what he diagnosed as "atypical plantar fasciitis." His first suggestion was an MRI & possible surgery. No thank you!! Four acupuncture treatments later, I'm good as new. Always explore alternatives before agreeing to surgery. Surgery should be a last resort, not a first suggestion.
