Dr. Butler answered all of my questions, even though I had to wait longer in the office to see him.

I visited Dr. Butler for a second opinion. My wait time was very minimal and he spent far more time with me than the first neurologist did. I feel he thorouly checked my daughter out was very good at communication his opinion to me.

Dr. Butler was not prepared for my son's visit. After waiting 2 hours he spent less than 15 minutes with us. He obviously had not reviewed his notes from our previous appointment as he started to review old test results, had to leave the room to find the new test results after my reminding him, and had not received other test results that we had scheduled the appointment to review. Then asked us to reschedule in 3 months. We are changing doctors.

He was very abrupt after about 15-20 minutes and terminated any discussion even though we had more questions to ask.
