Dr Chow has done a great job with my care pre and post surgery! I trust him with my health and am glad he’s my doctor.

He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I never felt rushed and feel I was in the hands of a true professional

I recently attended an appointment with Indiana Hand & Shoulder. Unfortunately, the experience was horrendous. The doctor appeared disheveled, and my chart contained someone else's medical history and records. This error led to an incorrect diagnosis, with the doctor insisting I had an infected ring finger, which was not the case & totally incorrect. Additionally, they couldnt locate my Xrays, which were sent to the office the previous day. It was a mess! Due to the unprofessionalism and inaccuracies, I chose to leave the office without completing the appointment. I contacted my medical referral service and insurance company to report the incident. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and prompt improvements in patient care and record-keeping. I do NOT recommend nor will I ever return.

I am a new patient of Dr. Chow. It was a pleasure to meet him and discuss my medical concerns with him. Dr. Chow was pleasant and kind and he listened to me. He was very thorough and explained what was happening with my condition. He explained exactly what I needed and the treatment he was going to provide to me. Thank you Dr. Chow.

From my first visit he demonstrated he can handle my wrist problems. He was better able to point out the issues and explain my options. But also explain why one option would be better than another. He did a great job at showing concern while maintaining his expertise in his field.
