Dr. Ian Jeffrey Cohen, MD

After I spent hours bringing my father, with limited mobility, to the office for a consultation, I was told that appointment was canceled. It was canceled without notification and confirmation, as a matter of fact, I called the day of the appointment asking for the fax number to forward dad's latest colonoscopy results. I gave my dad's name and appointment hours, but I was not informed about the cancellation. I was very frustrated because Dr. Ian Cohen decided to cancel our appointment because he is not performing ERCP. I didn't ask the procedure to be performed, I actually wanted to avoid it and wanted to ask general questions, which bothered my dad, but Dr. Cohen refused to give us even two minutes, he had no compassion and was not sorry for the mistake made by the office. Office manage, Elisabeth Cara, Julibel Garcia and Olga Cruz couldn't help me and were very unprofessional. I skipped my work to bring my dad to the office and asked for a note, but was given a note for my… father stating that he can return to work tomorrow. My father is retired and they saw him using walker. The overall office experience gave me nervous breakdown. I would never visit this office again.
