I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Ian Dorward, MD, and Joe Walsh, PA. In March 2022, they performed a back fusion surgery that significantly improved my quality of life. While the recovery process has been challenging, their expertise and dedication have been invaluable. Thanks to their skillful treatment, I am now free from the pain in my left leg and have regained full function. I have the utmost admiration and gratitude for Dr. Dorward, PA Walsh, and their entire team for their outstanding care.

I am very grateful to Dr. Dorward and his neurosurgical team for my recent spinal surgery and realize how fortunate I am to have had such wonderful medical care.

I was referred to Dr. Dorward by my local neurosurgeon because my (4th) spine surgery could not be performed locally - too intricate and whatnot. Yes, I had to wait months to get in to see Dr. Dorward, but that told me how much in demand he is. To prepare for that first visit, I had to send him all my radiology DVDs/films, reports, etc from the last year. I'm sure it weighed many pounds because that year was hard - balance issues leading to falls, humped over, pain, etc. He seemed SO prepared when I first met him and there was no rushing! He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and really seemed to know what to do. It didn't hurt that my local neurosurgeon, who I highly respect, made a glowing recommendation for me to see him - he said there were few who could handle my surgery and Dr. Dorward was only 4+ hours away. My first spine surgery was when I was 40. I'm almost 60 now, so the thought of undergoing another excruciating experience scared the daylights… out of me. I can honestly say that this was the best spine surgery I've had - and I truly believe it is due to Dr. Dorward's skill and knowledge. I truly appreciate him and highly recommend him.

Seen him once. I very pleased. He had great bedside manner and office followed up promptly. Going to go ahead with surgery with him. I will leave a review after surgery!
