DR. GAILLARD IS THE BEST GI DR. IN MEMPHIS. He has performed 3 procedures on me in the past 10 years; I hope the upcoming scheduled procedure determines what the issues are. In the past, there hasn't been much help that has been done in figuring out the issue with my SEVERE pain.

Seemed like a great doctor. Wonderful bedside manner, very attentive. Then I was sent for additional testing elsewhere and it took over a week and me leaving several messages with the nurse to get the results. Not sure if this is due to a failing on Dr. Gaillard's part or on the part his nurse. Quite disconcerting when the nurse seems to not even know that I was sent for additional testing. Maybe his nurse just needs retraining.

I was unable to get in with my regular Gastroenterologist for 6 weeks. I was having a problem that needed timely attention. Dr. Gaillard worked me in the next day. Dr. Gaillard is my Gastroenterologist.for the rest of my life. Dr. Gaillard not only focused on my Gastro needs but also my entire health. He explained how all of this could be tied together. Dr. Gaillard set up a Colonoscopy based on my symptoms. He explained the specific information in great detail concerning the Colonoscopy. My former Gastroenterologist is very respected and sought after Gastroenterologist. He has over 40 years of experience. Yet he never came close to explaining the reasons and benefits for a Colonoscopy like Dr. Haillard. Dr. Haillard and his Nurse Bernie have a five star plus bedside manner and knowledge of his Area of Expertise. I would recommend Dr. Haillard to anyone needing a Gastoenterologist!!

Dr Gaillard is a awesome Doctor. I'm a new patient of his and took his time to explain the colposcopy procedure and endoscopy procedure. His office call 2 days later to check how I was doing and 2 week later when to my follow up and he explain in detail all the founding's. I highly recommend Dr Gaillard.

Dr. Gaillard has excellent bed side manner. He is genuinely concerned about your health. It takes the time to explain what is going on with you and is very patient with questions you may have. I highly recommend this Doctor.
