However, I have multiple medical conditions, was experiencing multiple (common) problems at a time and so he presumed that it was a psychologic issue - something along the lines of multiple symptoms being concerning for a psych diagnosis, without communicating any of this to me and only writing it on my treatment plan. Apparently psychogenic illness can cause recurrent excessive bleeding, recurrent UTI and pelvic pain - which are considered scattered symptoms... from a OB/GYN. He could certainly benefit from a refresher on multiple organ systems and… should re-evaluate his chosen field in my opinion.
