Amazing physician! Trying for years to figure out the reason of pain on my son, visiting 4 different doctors and Dr Martinez went above and beyond to discover a non-cancerous polyp. Right on time!! Best Dr ever!!

Dr Ian Martinez is one of a kind, He is a thorough healthcare provider who takes the time to understand exactly what you're going through. His bedside manner is impeccable. My first office visit with him was the best I've ever had with any physician. Dr Martinez is very compassionate, loves what he does and truly cares about his patients and their needs. My family and I are deeply grateful for your skills and caring heart. I am however a licensed LPN as well as a patient who has ben disabled, and tend to scrutinized Physicians and their staff. This practice has been the uttermost in professional and a group of kind compassionate people. Every single individual from the scheduling staff were kind and attentive to all my needs during each visits. Prompt appointments. Dr Martinez I remember your smiles as i came into the pre-op area, you simply just passed a wave of peace to the room. Dr Martinez it is not the treatment but also the care and empathy you reveal to all… your patients. Having an appointment at Gastroenterologists Services is Llc; always worth the visit. Dr Martinez is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited. He took plenty of time to talk about all our concerns. Before and after the procedure he took the time to speak with us and relieved the anxious of the process! He also speak Spanish!! I would recommend him.

Dr. Martinez is the most professional, thorough, responsive, and caring doctor I have ever had. At 23 and without warning or history I ended up with an ulcerative colitis problem and started seeing Dr. Martinez. Even with such an embarrassing condition Dr. Martinez made it much easier to talk about and of course deal with. He is also the most responsive doctor I have ever had. I have called his office several times and asked for him and the after hours line as well. He always responds very quickly and personally. Yes, he actually calls you back, not the office folks. And when he does call, he always takes the time to find out what the problem is and then advises on what you should do. We even had a situation where we ended up at a hospital that Dr. Martinez doesn't practice at. He still personally stayed informed as to what was going on and even took the time to discuss my case with the doctors at that hospital. To top it off, while he was out of town at a conference,… he still found time to call me personally and get a status update when I was having trouble. I was recommended Dr. Martinez by my general doctor and haven't been more pleased. I was having some pain and went to see him. I ended up going for a CT scan and that very afternoon I ended up in the hospital. Dr. Martinez went out of his way to help with getting my images to the hospital that was not part of his network. Work with my wife on making sure she got everything she needed to keep me from another CT that day and help us with duplicate costs. After being admitted to the hospital he still checked on me during that time. Once out I followed up with Dr. Martinez and finally received a very overdue colonoscopy which he performed. The University location was excellent, nice and the staff was fantastic. The procedure went well and Dr. Martinez did a wonderful job discussing the result with me and then with following up. Superb bedside manner and I highly recommend Dr. Martinez.

I highly recommend the services of Dr Martinez. He is very knowledgeable as well as an excellent listener. We together went over all of my symptoms, medical history and procedure. He put me at ease with his awareness of the latest treatments for UC and his staff is the most efficient that I have ever come across in decades of dealing with UC.
