He has been my doctor for approx. 7-9 yrs. Up until then I was in chronic pain and with his help by listening to my complaints, running tests including MRI’s he was able to relieve much of my pain with medication and injections. I can’t see me using another physician in the near future at all.

Up until the time he became my Pain Mgmt. doctor, I was in tremendous pain. After listening to my symptoms and processing MRI’s, he was able to get me on a schedule of medications and injections that relieved my pain. I can lead a somewhat normal life now even though I will never be “cured”!

Dr. Rivera has been just incredible with his help in managing my chronic pain issues. He is kind, open minded, always here to listen and has and continues to go out of his way to help me. Our visits are never rushed, he takes his time with each of his patients and is godsend.

He has been my Doctor for about 7 years. As far as I am concerned, The Doctor and his Staff are the Best. I have moved over 1 hour away and he is the only Doctor I kepted. He's kind, Funny, a joy to talk to and most Important of all. He is a Great Doctor.. I thank him and his Staff..

Dr.Rivera is sometimes rude. If you’re not telling him want he wants to hear then the visit is often rushed. He comes in late for your appointment because he went over in another & rushes. Walking out of the door when I’m asking a question is unprofessional. If you don’t want to be bothered then change your profession. I kept telling him something was different with my back & I was in a lot more pain. He didn’t believe me probably thinking I wanted more pain meds then ordered an MRI “to make me happy” & wouldn’t you know I need another back surgery due to 3 spinal cysts! He can be ok & at other times he can be very stand-off ish.

This doctor thinks he is the bee’s knees. He rushes in and out, and before you know it you have lost your window to ask anything. I think he is too high on himself. I’ve seen him a bunch of times and he let me to believe he was actually gonna help manage my pain, and when actually he has mad it worse. I don’t think I’ll be seeing this pain management doctor who doesn’t manage pain. Makes no sense And when he shakes your hand it feels like he’s gonna break it

Met the dr. one time so far. I will go back to him. Due to lifelong poor health I consider myself a great judge of a dr. Professional manner. Acumen and at being down to earth. He seems to be a wonderful dr. And genuine nice person.

Dr. Rivera has been the first doctor to really listen to me. Most doctors would just push me out the door after talking to them for five seconds or bringing up my pain thinking I'm seeking medication and the truth is that I would have done anything to make the pain go away for just one nights sleep. Dr. Rivera listened to me and has improved my life and my family's lives for having a better me. Thank you to Dr. Rivera and his office staff.
