wish i had seen these reviews before having the misfortune to see his person. fully concur with all the bad news related here. i hope the guy reads these things. (the nurse was awful too.) never went back (needless to say) and quickly found another dr.

Good Doctor, listen and explains everything.

As a registered nurse, I am very familiar with the healthcare field and I have encountered and worked with many doctors. Dr Schein may be a great man outside of his work, but as far as having his own practice is a disgrace. He has own way of seeing things and that's it. Very judgmental and will never follow up with you. I have never been so disappointed in a doctor. Better going somewhere else if you truly care about your health. I pay too much in insurance to be treated in such a way.

He is absolutely awful!!!

Arrogant man who does not listen to his patient but makes his own assumption instead. No communication on referrals and zero regard for his patients quality of life.

Office in poor repair. Dr wore white lab coat which looked like he slept in it. Made medical suggestions I did not feel comfortable with. Did not make me feel like he was listening to what I was saying. I will not be returning.

He was a dismissive, discourteous man who could not listen. He had his own view, and it was the only view. I will see if he can stand up in the face of a man.

He is awful. Told me to lie to my insurance. And said he could diagnose a problem im having without even looking. I was sitting in gront of him when he said that. Just a joke. Filing formal complaint too. No wonder this 4 foot 2 chubby doctor has worked at dozens of places.

Well, what can I say, other than, do not go to this doctor. He was filling in for my primary care physician. I went in for a very specific examination to check on a very minor issue, when suddenly he insisted on talking about my family history, medical charts, and medical problems that my real doctor already knew about. Even though I told him that I was taking care of it with my doctor, he continued to push the subject and grill me about the issue constantly, and was going over my doctor's head to try and make me do what he said rather than what my doctor said. I felt like he was a bully and I felt like he didn't really listen to what I had to say about anything. I will not be going back under any circumstances.

A few weeks ago I had an initial visit with Dr. Schein. Never having looked at my chart or having asked me a single question, he started out making broad, sweeping statements about my health. He stated I have probably been diabetic for the last 10 - 15 years. Not even close! He had no clue and was totally wrong in his assumptions. When he walked into the room, I stood up and shook hands. We were obviously about the same height, 5'7" - 5'9". The medical assistant had made a clerical error on the ipad and had indicated my height at 4'9" Schein pounced on me aggressively stating that I was morbidly obese. He had no clue. His powers of observation are apparently nil. When questioned, he told me he has no time to look at patients' charts since he sees 20 patients per day. He apparently has no time to interview a new patient either before he opens his stupid mouth! He is an egotistical bully and thug.
