Dr. Ian Scott Shupack, MD

Didn’t even take vitals. Just referred me to an urgent care center. He has been taking money from my insurance for years and the first time I went to him he was useless.

Dr. Shupack really cares about his patients. He really listens to them. He has been our doctor since the 1900s.

I am having diabetes type2 problems with control. When I visited him for the first time, he made me feel important to him. I later told my wife that it seemed he cared more about my life than i did. He was sharp and to the point. I like that. Extremely professional. His staff could improve their bedside manners.

Dr Shupack is quick and to the point. He listens and isn't overly cautious resulting in a ridiculous amount of appts to get to the root of your issue. He follows up and actively tries to make sure you feel better. He's the first dr I've been to in Mechanicsville who understood and aggressively treated my condition.

Need to improve on bedside manners; cold and unfriendly.
