Dr. Silbert brings an eclectic approach to providing counseling. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systems Theory, Mindfullness based and Solution Focused approaches to therapy to always meet the individualized needs of all his patients. Dr. Silbert looks forward to working with all populations from young children to the geriatric population to formulate an individualized treatment plan to meet each patient's specific needs and goals.
