Dr. Ian Sterling Tucker

I would not recommend this Dr. office to anyone. I went in for an annual physical and spoke to the DR about nothing out of the ordinary, IE weight, diabetes... that's about it. Was shocked when i was then billed for a physical AND a general visit. After jumping through hoops with Billing, The DR office and insurance I found out that the general visit was billed because during the physical the DR spoke to me about his concerns regarding my diabetes and weight. If you go to this DR office for anything be aware that their sketchy billing will most likely try billing you for something that did not happen. I honestly would simply recommend you look somewhere ells.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Ian Tucker as well as Trinity Health. I believe Dr. Tucker made a mistake in having me visit him twice within a three month period and as a result, I keep getting a bill for >$200. Trinity Health keeps telling me that Dr. Tucker needs to resubmit the first bill to Medicare, but this has never happened even after I've attempted to call him and his staff multiple times. Now it's been several months with no change. I just received my 6th bill in the mail this past week. Very poor customer service. I need someone to help me and it's not happening.

He is rude and abrupt. He misdiagnosed me and his staff is incompetent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tucker for as long as he has been in practice. I will never switch doctors. I have a very complicated history. When I had no insurance he still saw me because he didn't want me to have a doctor who didnt know my history. He has always been very professional and more important he cares. Really cares. He will sit with his patients and talk to them in terms they understand. He takes every single patient seriously and cares about all. I will always be with him. I would never ever switch doctors. Thank you Dr. Tucker for all you have done and what you are currently doing for my treatment. I would recommend Dr. Tucker to anyone who wants a great doctor

Dr. Tucker is great. Fully met my expectations. But he needs to hire a new office manager IMHO. Its hard to get them on the phone, and if you leave messages they rarely if ever call you back. Its sad to me that such an excellent doctor has such poor office support.

Dr. Tucker himself seems to be knowledgable and takes interest in his patients when they are lucky enough to get an appointment with him. That's about it. There is more drama in his front office than in a large high school. His office staff spends more time complaining about each other than they do taking care of business. Lost paperwork from medical records and neglecting to return phone calls are the norm here. Also the norm is all the gossip in the office that you can clearly hear from the waiting room. When one staff member leaves the room the rest of them snicker and complain about the one thats gone. That one comes back and they all start gossiping about the other one that left. Don't get me started on his physicians assistants, and doctor trainees. It appears they do not communicate between each other (or with Tucker) in the best interest of the patient. They send you out for tests and to specialist however they don't bother to read the results when they come in. Some… of them participate in the office gossip which is really a shame. I doubt I'd ever return here. Doctor Tucker is a great one man show, but thats it. He should clean house (again) and maybe get some assistance to hire PROFESSIONAL office and medical staff.

Dr. Tucker seemed to be all over the place, as if he had ADD. I would try to address my conerns with my help and he forgot to address my issues, forgot my prescription and even called me by a different name. He was rushing me and seemed to be driven by a motor.

dr tucker and the staff are just wonderful,we recently switched from the echn dr office. and so happy we switched,and have given many family and friend referals for them to go to this office as well

Has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Great doctor, very knowledgeable.

I also left Dr. Tucker's practice because of his wife, Jina. She is horrible to get along with. Dr. Tucker does nothing about the front office and is losing many families because of it - I agree that she is nasty at times and comes across as if she does not care about you or your children.....She is on a HUGE p;ower trip and it jeopardizes the health and well being of the families that she deals with...She is inpatient and rude....I even saw her bring a yound mother to tears just before I made the decision to leave the practice - I feel bad for the Dr - being married to her must be a nightmare!!!
